Grasp Lighting Group Continues the Retrofit of a 27 Year Old Office Complex

Grasp Lighting Group, LLC continues the retrofit of a 27 year old office complex in South Florida. Old and obsolete fluorescent T12s are being replaced with ATG Electronics 16W LED tubes. The retrofit has moved from the stairwells into the main office areas. Stairwell energy savings of 62% and office de-lamping and LED retrofit energy savings of close to 80% have been achieved. This retrofit will continue throughout 2013.

This is a perfect conversion for the ATG Electronics LED tube, as the obsolete and energy “hog” T12 fluorescents and ballasts are being phased out of inventories nationwide.

So a combination of de-lamping and a conversion to LED tubes fits this aging facility.
