Grasp Lighting Group Selected to Provide LED Lighting for Fitness Center

GRASP LIGHTING GROUP, LLC has been selected to provide all the new LED lighting for a large fitness center in Boca Raton, Fl. Approximately 139 old fluorescent fixtures will be upgraded to new state-of-the-art LED tubes and fixtures. The present energy usage is 98287 kWh per year. The upgraded facility will be 24676 kWh per year. This is a savings of 75% or an annual savings of $7656. Additional savings of over $1700 will be gained due to the elimination of all maintenance issues for tubes, ballasts and labor. The ROI on just the energy savings is 1.93 years and coupled with the maintenance savings the ROI is 1.58 years. A full 5 year factory and Grasp warranty will be in effect.

This LED lighting upgrade will convey the obvious message to the fitness clients that the new facility owners care about their facility and that they will be there for many years providing training, exercising and fitness.
