FAJITA PETE'S IS SUFFERING FROM PARKING AND AREA LIGHT FAILURES. PROPOSAL AND POWER-POINT COMPLETED

Old mercury vapor lights have failed on most of the parking and drive through areas due to age and heat deterioration.

Grasp Lighting group has completed the photo-metrics as best as possible as several lights are non functional. The issues are safety and no street or "curb" appeal.

The solution is very simple and cost effective as Grasp has a series of area lights suitable for 40-45' poles. Grasp has recommended 200 watt LED area lights to replace the 460 watt mercury vapor on all posts. The light coverage will be excellent and will provide safe entrance and transition and exit from the facility as well as parking.

Additionally Grasp will replace all wall packs with 60 watt led packs. This will give the drive around and drive through areas for fresh fajita meal pick-ups tremendous curb, building, driveway and safety lighting.

The facility has no street appeal as the restaurant is off the main road and sits back 300' and appears dark and difficult to navigate safely.

Now there is street awareness, curb appeal and more than sufficient lighting to safely purchase and enjoy the fabulous Fajita options as in chicken, mixed, beef, veggie or shrimp or ask for your combo special.
