THE MELTING POT - HOUSTON, TEXAS IS SPORTING NEW LED KITCHEN LIGHTS
Grasp CEO, Peter V. Baker and The Houston Melting Pot General Manager and partner, Dustin Wendel, last evening after the close of business, removed the older led kitchen lights. Photo metrics were documented before the lights were removed. After installation of new Nebulite 5000K 2x2 led lay-in panels photo-metrics were repeated. Old foot candle measurements averaged 15fc and after installation of the new Led Nebulite panels foot candles measured 53fc. The extreme increase is due to the efficacy of the new panels as the old panels were 74 lumens per watt and the new panels are 100 lumens per watt.
Additionally the old panels had lumens depreciation of approximately 20% over their 10 year period of almost 50,000 hours.
A very efficient swap out of old 2x2 led panels to new 2x2 led panels. Both 40W and 5000K.
